Robert Palley

Based in Chicago, Illinois, Robert Palley has served as a partner at Granite Realty Partners, LLC, since co-founding the real estate investment and development firm in 1998. His primary responsibilities with the firm involve identifying, purchasing, and developing various real estate opportunities, along with matters of capital restructuring. He has purchased and developed more than $1 billion in real estate properties. Before helping the launch of Granite Realty Partners in 1998, Robert Palley spent more than six years as the vice president of Jupiter Realty Corporation, a developer of more than one million square feet of Class A retail property.

Robert Palley holds a master of business administration from Northwestern University and a bachelor of arts in biology. He is an active member of the Chicago Board of Realtors and a former board member of the Community Chest of Oak Park and River Forest. He is also a member of the Oak Park Temple and Oak Park Country Club. His interests include skiing, tennis, and golf.
